Exhibits

ALLPRO’s catalog covers tin snips and aviation snips together with cable cutters, HVAC hand tools, steel strap cutters, snap-ring pliers, pilot-bearing pullers, hand seamers, hand crimpers, and packaging solutions. Named snip patterns include Mini Aviation Snips, Straight Pattern Snips, Bulldog Snips, English Snips, Duckbill Circular Pattern Snips, Ideal Pattern Snips, Pelican Pattern Snips, Berlin Pattern Snips, and Circular Cutting Punch Snips, with PVC and TPR handle variants also listed. Product ID 06010 (ACC-10) is a Compound Action Cable Cutter made from drop-forged Chrome-Molybdenum; its compound leverage is designed to increase cutting power while reducing effort, and a spring-free automatic latch provides one-hand release and additional safety. The 06010 (ACC-10) is identified for cutting copper and aluminum electric cables up to 1/2" (13mm), linking its material and leverage design directly to electrical-cable cutting work. Product ID 06110 (CC-10), the Heavy Duty Cable Cutter, uses drop-forged high-quality carbon steel and induction-hardened cutting jaws intended to stay sharp longer than non-induction-hardened jaws. The 06110 (CC-10) uses a curved-jaw design for coaxial and other soft cables up to 20mm in diameter, meets ANSI specifications, and is listed at 235mm (9-1/2") in size. Product ID 01150 (OS-L), the Offset Tin Snips - Left Cut, combines a labor-saving design, center fastener, double-overwind spring, comfortable non-slip grips, serrated edges, hot drop-forged blades, a hang hole, and a safety auto latch. The 01150 (OS-L) is designed for easier cutting and meets ANSI and DIN standards; its center fastener provides high tensile strength for product longevity, while the double-overwind spring is designed for frequent use. Its grips are solid, comfortable, and non-slip to reduce hand-injury risk, and serrated cutting edges provide a stable bite that helps prevent slipping during cutting. The 01150 (OS-L) uses Chrome-Molybdenum Alloy steel forged blades with induction-hardened cutting edges rated at 60-62 HRC, and its offset blades keep hands away from the metal. It cuts up to 18 gauge cold-rolled steel or 22 gauge stainless steel, cuts left and straight, and is available with black-oxidized, sand-blasted, or polished blade finishes for professional and DIY users. Related offset-snips models include 01170 (OS-S) for straight cut, 01160 (OS-R) for right cut, and 01190 (OS-RL) as a long-style right-cut version, alongside 01150 (OS-L) left-cut variants. Product ID 52230 (AS-O3), the Offset Hand Seamer, is used to bend and flatten sheet metal and non-ferrous metal and uses a compound-action jaw to make those operations easier. The 52230 (AS-O3) has a drop-forged steel jaw marked in 1/4" (6mm) increments for bending measurements, hardened jaws for edge quality and durability, a 3-1/4" (83mm) jaw width, and a 1-1/4" (32mm) maximum seam depth. Its related forming tools include 51450 (AC-SL5) Long style 5-Blade Hand Crimper, 52330 (AS-S3) Straight Hand Seamer, 51350 (AC-S5) 5-Blade Hand Crimper, 51330 (AC-S3) 3-Blade Hand Crimper, and 51250 (AC-O5) Offset 5-Blade Hand Crimper. Across the catalog, ALLPRO combines tin-snips manufacturing with aviation snips, cable and steel-strap cutting, snap-ring pliers, crimping, seaming, and other sheet-metal and hand-tool applications. Across the product pages, ALLPRO also lists PVC Handle and TPR Handle options together with Regular, Long Style, and Vertical configurations within its broader cutting-tool range. Related aviation-snip references include 01060 (ATS-SL) Long-Cut Aviation Tin Snips - Straight Cut, 01080 (ATS-SF) Aviation Tin Snips - Flat blades, and 01030 (ATS-S) Aviation Tin Snips - Straight Cut.

Company profile

ALLPROFESSIONAL MFG. CO., LTD. traces its origins to 1978, when the company was founded as a manufacturer of sewing-machine parts, and records a 1980 shift into hand tools and the production of tin snips and patented products. The company also states that ALLPRO was founded in Taichung City, Taiwan, in 1980 as an innovative tin-snips manufacturer, and it later became known for quality, consistency, and performance in tool making. In 1985, ALLPRO relocated to a 570m² plant and doubled productivity, followed in 1988 by completion of an automatic grinding-machine design that further improved quality and again doubled productivity. In 1989, the company invented combination internal/external snap-ring pliers and obtained patents in many countries; in 1996, a patent for easy-shift combination internal/external snap-ring pliers was approved. To support growing customer demand, ALLPRO purchased land for a new plant in Taichung Park in 1993 and started production in a 3800m² new plant in 1994, expanding both the company and its productivity. The company acquired ISO 9002 from RWTUV in 1998, adopted new 63CRM material for snip jaws in 1999, and installed an automated warehousing system in 2000. Across this history, ALLPRO’s development includes factory expansion, automated production equipment, patented plier designs, materials changes, quality certification, and automated warehousing as recorded milestones.
