Exhibits

The product families include Tai Chi, Target, New Speeder, Simplicity, Telstar, Stubby Keys, Unroll, Star Ball Point, Idler, Megalo, Mars & Mini, Individual Keys, Venus, Venus II, Twinkle, Light, Folding Key With Metal Case, T-Handle, Tree Frog, Pluto, Rhino, Rainbow, Hornet, Rich, and Safe Insulated T-Handle. Target is specifically identified as a Long Arm Ball Point Hex Key Set. The Safe Insulated T-Handle product is designed so each insulated T-handle hex key is individually tested under 10,000 Volts and fully conforms to DIN EN 60900. JACO states that the Safe Insulated T-Handle performance is above DIN standards. Its blade uses Chrome Vanadium Steel with a Black Oxide Finish, while the handle is a bi-material soft handle intended for comfort. The application is tightening and loosening internal hex screws, and the insulation is molded directly onto the blade for permanent bonding. Product 011 Safe Insulated T-Handle Hex Key Set is listed with Black Oxide surface treatment and Chrome Vanadium Steel (CR-V) material. Product 060 Safe Insulated T-Handle Hex Key is also listed with Black Oxide surface treatment and Chrome Vanadium Steel (CR-V) material. The company's VDE T-handle is individually tested at 10,000 Volt for applications up to 1,000 Volt and uses an ergonomic and shock-proof handle design. The catalog also includes folding hex-key formats through Folding Key With Metal Case and multiple T-handle product families in addition to long-arm ball-point sets. Across these products, JACO combines material selection, surface treatment, insulation testing, ergonomic handle design, and production-stage quality control for hex-key and Allen-key wrench manufacturing.

Company profile

JACO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION was founded in 1979 and has expanded its global operations as a Taiwan-based professional manufacturer of hex key, or Allen key, wrenches. The company states that satisfying customer needs through strict quality standards, service, and innovative design are central missions of its hex-key business. Its development history began with the establishment of Swell-Link Industry Co. Ltd. in 1979 and the production of hexagon key wrenches, followed by creation of the SWELL brand name in 1980. JACO introduced Chrome Vanadium Steel material in 1986, developed Ball-Point technology as a new product range in 1990, and renovated inspection equipment with advanced instruments in 1996. The company received ISO-9000 approval in 1999, merged with Lucky-Brand Co. Ltd. and formally became Jaco International Corporation in 2001, and developed Star Keys technology in 2002. Further milestones include purchasing a Dynamic Torque Tester in 2007 and receiving the iF Product Design Award 2008 for the Tai-Chi key set. In 2010 JACO promoted Chrome Finish in SNCMV material, followed by Safe Insulated T-handle Hex Key products in 2012, Safe Ball-Point products in 2013, Simplicity in 2014, and Target in 2016. Quality control is organized around Incoming Quality Control for raw-material dimensions, In Process Quality Control for engineering specifications, and Outgoing Quality Control for final inspection. JACO integrates QC procedures into each production stage to support product standardization and stability. Its Dynamic torque tester is used to test torque value and fatigue life under tensile-strain cycling, while hardness testing is performed during and after heat treatment to monitor hardness values.
