The engineering-intelligence service covers structural, mechanism, heat-transfer, fluid, electrothermal, mold-flow, low-frequency electromagnetic, high-frequency electromagnetic, and RF design analysis, with multiphysics coupling solutions available across fields. Through CAE technology, the company supports industrial customers in strengthening R&D capability and also works with academia and leading domestic research institutions on advanced technology development. Recent technical areas named by the company include AI, unmanned aerial vehicles, low-earth-orbit satellite communications, and solutions aimed at carbon reduction and lower pollution. The company states that its engineering services address not only product R&D design optimization but also reductions in energy consumption and environmental impact. Its business-management intelligence service combines professional consulting and development teams with internally developed management modules designed for operational management and Taiwan tax requirements. According to customer industry, product, and problem requirements, the company assists with ERP implementation to meet practical management needs and improve long-term competitiveness. The Industry 4.0 system-integration offering includes automation and cyber-physical integration, big-data analysis, IoT, MES, APS, robotic applications, and metal 3D-printing equipment. These Industry 4.0 services are provided as plant-wide software and hardware system integration with real-time management, with the stated goals of improving production efficiency and reducing resource consumption. Precision-measurement software and equipment are also explicitly listed among the company’s capabilities. Taiwan Auto Design Co. (TADC) is also a SAP B1 Gold Partner with 17 years of work in Taiwan and states that it provides industry-specific add-on modules and localized CADMEN Add-on Solutions. Its computing-integration work connects high-speed parallel computing, cloud applications, flexible software use, knowledge-platform construction, and big-data analysis as part of a broader engineering and information-service environment. The overall supply scope therefore combines engineering analysis and technical support, Ansys-related CAE expertise, specialized simulation applications, precision measurement, computing integration, ERP and management services, and Industry 4.0 smart-transformation system integration.
Company profile
Taiwan Auto Design Co. (TADC) was established in 1980 and describes itself as one of the earliest CAD/CAM/CAE companies in Taiwan. Since 1992, the company has maintained a technical-service alliance with Ansys Inc and provides front-line technical service and support. Its Ansys-related finite-element experience was extended into fluid mechanics and low- and high-frequency electromagnetic applications, building a broader CAE engineering-analysis capability. The company states that its CAE activities helped bring more than ten thousand university and graduate students in Taiwan into the CAE field and that it provides more than 5,000 class places each year. At the end of 2014, it entered high-speed parallel computing and cloud-application development, using cloud technologies to support flexible software use, knowledge platforms, and big-data analysis. In 2022, the company moved from the Emerging Stock Market to the Taipei Exchange and states that it became Taiwan’s first listed CAE solution supplier, with stock code 6791. Taiwan Auto Design Co. (TADC) describes information infrastructure, product R&D assistance, management, and smart manufacturing as core values within an integrated technical-service model. The company has more than 100 employees and a service team of more than 40 master’s- and doctoral-level specialists supporting its technical-service activities.
